Data collected via OA onboarding, exit, and QPS surveys indicated a lack of necessary supervisorial development opportunities across the department.

The Division of Personnel has developed a robust collection of learning opportunities for supervisors based on division and leadership feedback. OA supervisors are required to attend these development opportunities. 

Using the accordion below, supervisors will find registration links to sign up for these sessions. If supervisors complete all training listed here, that is 16 hours that count toward the completion of the Leadership Development Rule.
